As part of World Mental Health Day, McAdam staff took some time away from our desks and emails to participate in a Wellbeing Walk, both in the office and at home. It provided a great opportunity to connect with new and existing staff as well as to get out and enjoy the October sunshine. Some staff were even joined by family members and four legged friends!
World Mental Health Day provides an opportunity to come together, work towards changing attitudes to mental health and do something that we know is good for our mental health, getting outdoors, exercising, and talking to others.
