McAdam has undertaken the role of Project Manager / Employer Representative for the scheme which is 66 residential units within three multi storey apartment blocks, communal facilities for sheltered block and basement car park with associated site development works.
The site is within the built up area of Drogheda close to the existing Town Centre & River Boyne. The site is a former industrial site and has significant topography challenges.
This project is being developed via a Design and Build procurement route.
