Our Project Management team is comprised of chartered Project Managers (NEC 3/4 accredited), Engineers, Architects and Quantity Surveyors who provide a diverse & complimentary set of skills, experience and expertise aligned to your project’s technical and delivery requirements. Working closely with our multi-disciplinary teams, our Project Managers have the technical knowledge and insight to enable them to advise and guide clients through the entire project lifecycle identifying and resolving potential commercial and technical risks before they arise.
Our project management systems and processes are continually kept under review to ensure current best practice and leverage technological advancements as they occur. This includes collaborative document management and content sharing platforms, use of Level 1 BIM 3D models in a Common Data Environment, and most recently, early adoption of Level 2 BIM 4D for programme planning and BIM 5D for cost management.
